Question : When will my order be shipped?

Answer: Every day, there is a daily cut off for same day shipping.  Anything placed after this time will be scheduled to be shipped the next day.



Question : What is the cut-off time for same-day shipments?

Answer: The time is 10:00 am PST



Question : What should I do if my package is lost?  

Answer: If the tracking number emailed to you shows the package to be stuck at a location without updating for more then 7 days, please email us. Lost packages will be reshipped at no cost to you



Question : What is the best method to contact DRC Customer Service?

Answer: Email is the fastest and easiest way to get in to contact with DRC customer service.



Question : What if you receive the wrong product in your package?

Answer: Email Customer Support. Every inquiry will be investigated to be sure claim is legitimate. This will involve photo verification of the product you received plus your packaging, and a look into your past complaint history

Question : Will DRC ID me?

Answer: Yes we can, We do not ID everyone but if we feel that your order could be a fraudulent we will request you to ID your self.
